An air ambulance landed in Chilliwack Sunday afternoon after a teenager suffered serious injuries in an accident.
Chilliwack RCMP say a 15-year-old boy was driving a tractor when he was struck by a train at the crossing of South Sumas Road and Unsworth Road.

He was airlifted to BC Children’s Hospital and is in stable condition.
Another person on the tractor at the time was able to jump off before the train hit. That person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
