<p>Kosovo’s prime minister says he will work closely with international investigators probing allegations that he once ran a criminal network that trafficked human organs.</p> <p>Hashim Thaci, who also is a former rebel leader, offered “close co-operation and strong support” to international justice authorities and said the country has nothing to hide.</p> <p>Thaci, however, declined to say if he would back a UN-led investigation as demanded by Serbia.</p> <p>Serbia plans to ask the UN Security Council on Thursday to set up a team of investigators to look into allegations raised by a Council of Europe investigator that the now disbanded Kosovo Liberation Army, which was headed by Thaci, harvested human organs after killing Serb captives at the end of the 1998-99 war. Thaci denies the claims.</p>
