Officials: Evangelist Billy Graham in good spirits during pneumonia treatment at US hospital

<p>ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Officials say evangelist Billy Graham is in good spirits, watching television and joking with staff at the hospital where he’s being treated for pneumonia.</p> <p>A spokesman for Mission Hospital in Asheville says the 92-year-old preacher was listed in fair condition Thursday.</p> <p>Dr. Shaw Henderson, a pulmonologist, says Graham’s temperature is normal. Henderson is encouraging Graham to resume physical therapy and other normal daily activities.</p> <p>No discharge date has been set for Graham, a confidant to presidents and one of the most famous Christian leaders of the last century.</p> <p>Graham went to the hospital Wednesday after experiencing sweating, coughing and breathing problems. Graham spokesman Larry Ross says the evangelist was never in distress.</p> <p>His son, Franklin Graham, is in North Korea and has no plans to return home now.</p>
