<p>TREASURE ISLAND, Fla. – The son of former Newfoundland and Labrador premier Danny Williams has been charged with battery and disorderly conduct after a fight with police and security guards broke out at a Florida bar.</p> <p>Records from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office say Daniel Mark Williams was also charged with obstructing or resisting an officer at Gators Bar.</p> <p>Police records say on April 24, Williams was arguing with two people in the bar in Treasure Island, near St. Petersburg, when security guards asked him to leave.</p> <p>The incident reports say he resisted and struck a security officer 10 times while also resisting police.</p> <p>Police say they used a stun gun on the 35-year-old to get him to place his hands behind his back, but didn’t provide further details.</p> <p>An official at the Pinellas County clerk of the court’s office says Williams was released on a bond and has pleaded not guilty through his lawyer.</p> <p>The official says a future court date has not yet been set.</p>
