Halifax police say woman’s death ruled a homicide following autopsy

<p>HALIFAX – Police say they are investigating a murder following the death of a woman in Dartmouth.</p> <p>Officers responded to a call at about 8:20 p.m. Friday of an injured person in a building on Primrose Street.</p> <p>A woman was taken by ambulance to hospital, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.</p> <p>Police say an autopsy conducted today determined the woman died as the result of foul play, however investigators are not confirming at this point how she was killed.</p> <p>The victim’s name is being withheld until family members are notified.</p>
