<p>HALIFAX – The appeal has been delayed for a former Nova Scotia businessman convicted last year of sex crimes against boys.</p> <p>The Nova Scotia Appeal Court hearing for 67-year-old Ernest Fenwick MacIntosh was supposed to begin today in Halifax.</p> <p>A spokesman for the judiciary says the case was adjourned until June 8 because the Crown wasn’t available.</p> <p>MacIntosh was convicted last July of 13 counts of indecent assault and gross indecency and sentenced to four years in prison.</p> <p>He was sentenced last month to 18 months in jail on a separate sex-related charges involving other boys in the 1970s.</p>
