Police investigating Matthew Sudds homicide now searching for car

HALIFAX – Halifax police are searching for a car as part of their investigation into a homicide last year.

The body of Matthew Thomas Sudds was found in a ditch on Africville Road on Oct. 14.

Police have said the 24-year-old man was shot to death.

They say investigators determined Sudds was killed Oct. 10, the same day he went missing.

Police say they are looking for a black, newer model Dodge Charger with out-of-province licence plates.

They are asking anyone who may have seen the car on Africville Road after 6 p.m. on Oct. 10 to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
