Winnipeg’s new pothole fix focuses on residential neighbourhoods

The city of Winnipeg is using a new Neighbourhood Action Team to address resident-requested repairs on local streets. While the team is fixing potholes and other issues in residential areas, some business owners say major roadways are still in need of maintenance.
