One of the province’s 10 Most Wanted has been captured in the South Okanagan.
RCMP arrested Marcus Sheena around 1 pm on Tuesday on the Osoyoos Indian Band Reserve near Oliver.
Sheena was wanted for breaching probation conditions related to a charge of assault with a weapon.
Police had received a number of anonymous tips about Sheena’s whereabouts.
With the cooperation of the Osoyoos Indian Band, Oliver/Osoyoos RCMP and the South Okanagan and Similkameen Regional Investigation Section arrested Sheena at a local residence without incident.
There are still eight people remaining on the B.C. Most Wanted list.
