TORONTO — Woody Allen’s son Ronan Farrow took some of the shine off the filmmaker’s Golden Globe award Sunday night.

“Missed the Woody Allen tribute,” Farrow tweeted. “Did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?”

Farrow was referring to allegations that Allen sexually assaulted daughter Dylan when she was seven years old — allegations Allen has publicly denied.

Allen was honoured with the Cecil B. DeMille Award and received a glowing tribute from Diane Keaton after Emma Stone introduced a retrospective of his films.

The 78-year-old director, who is based in New York, did not attend the Golden Globes.

Farrow’s mother, actress Mia Farrow, stopped tweeting about the show as soon as the tribute to Allen began.

“Time to grab some icecream & switch over to #GIRLS,” she tweeted. “Nite all.”

Ronan made headlines last year when his mother revealed he may have been fathered by Frank Sinatra.
