EDMONTON – The Edmonton Police Service says an off-duty officer has been charged with impaired driving.
Const. Kelly Fradley has been with the police service for eight years.

The charge was laid Wednesday after an investigation by the police professional standards branch into an alleged incident in November.
Police say Fradley has been removed from operational duty.
