PEACHLAND — For the second time in a week, a fire has left some Peachland residents without a place to live.
The latest fire happened this afternoon on Trepanier Road and Paradise Valley Drive.
Officials say the house was left to burn because it’s out of the fire protection zone for the municipality.

Neighbours say the house has been for sale for quite a while.
Late Thursday evening, RCMP were still on scene monitoring it as it burned.
The cause is still under investigation.
