Four teens from North York, Richmond Hill killed in fatal crash in Huntsville, Ont.

Five people were killed in a motor vehicle collision on Highway 60 in Huntsville, Ont., Saturday night. The OPP is investigating.

Around 11 p.m., officers received a call reporting a serious collision involving a westbound Mercedes SUV and an eastbound Ford SUV.

Police say four of the victims were teens from North York and Richmond Hill.

The other victim was a 42-year-old woman from Huntsville. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

“One of the individuals in the Mercedes SUV was transported to hospital and succumbed to his injuries there,” police said.

The highway was closed during their initial investigation. It has since reopened.

Huntsville OPP are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
