The Lieutenant Governor welcomes you to join in an afternoon of fun in celebration of Canada’s birthday. Main Stage Show: – Greetings from Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty – Singer/Songwriter/Fiddler/Guitarist Donny Parenteau – Hoop Dancer Terrance Littletent – Philippines Association Dancers – Prairie Gael School of Irish Dance Featured Outdoor Entertainment and Activities: – KAOS Dogsports – Storybook Princesses & Superheroes – Metis Finger Weaving – Bouncy Castle – Girl Guides Bubble Blowing – Face Painting Culligan water stations provided throughout the grounds. Complimentary popcorn, lemonade and candy available, plus hot dogs, chips, bottled water and soft drinks for sale. Some seating will be provided near the main stage, but guests may wish to bring a lawn chair or blanket. In the event of rain, festivities will be moved indoors. The celebration is free of charge and open to the public. Government House will be open with exhibits, classical guitarists, and a collectibles sale.
