Now in its 16th year, Sarasvàti Productions presents FemFest 2018: Staging Resistance, Winnipeg’s annual theatre festival of life-changing plays for everyone! Featuring two-time Governor General’s Award Nominee Donna-Michelle St. Bernard’s powerful spoken word hip hop piece “Sound of the Beast”, Norah Paton’s “Burnt” and Darla Contois’ “White Man’s Indian”. The festival will also feature Manohar Performing Arts of Canada’s re-imagining of “The Game”, a hybrid of theatre and classical Indian dance.
