A fun, non-timed race geared to people of all ages & abilities. Participants walk, cycle or run a 2.5, 5 or 10km route through the paved river valley trails and afterwards enjoy refreshments, gluten free samples and games. It is a celebration of a healthy gluten free lifestyle.
