An anticipated 4,500 people from all over Saskatchewan and northern Manitoba will be coming to Saskatoon for a Bible Convention this summer. During the months of June through August 2018, Jehovah’s Witnesses will present 52 convention programs in 29 locations across the country. In addition to English and French, there will be convention programs presented in American Sign Language, Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (Mandarin), Haitian Creole, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Punjabi, Quebec Sign Language, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Tamil. Our projected attendance in Canada this summer is 150,000. For the exact venues being used, please consult jw.org.
HIGHLIGHTS: TALKS AND INTERVIEWS – Learn practical ways to face present and future challenges with courage. MULTIMEDIA – Observe what real people – and even five animals – can teach us about courage. PUBLIC BIBLE DISCLOSURE – Find out why Jesus told a grieving father: “Have no fear.” (Mark 5:36) Listen to the Bible-based talk to be presented on Sunday morning with the theme “The Resurrection Hope Imparts Courage – How?” FEATURE FILM – On Sunday afternoon, see why Jehovah feared his assignment and ran away. EVERYONE IS WELCOME – There are no admission charges and no collections will be taken.
