An historic hockey stick has returned to Nova Scotia — highlighting the Mi’kmaw roots to the game. The stick’s origins have been traced back to Canada’s hockey boom in the late nineteenth century. As Skye Bryden-Blom reports, it could be the oldest Mi’kmaw hockey stick.
