Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce announced Thursday that the Ontario public school teachers have ratified a tentative agreement between the provincial government and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF). It has been ratified by 78 per cent of members. Lecce called on other teachers’ unions to follow suit and work towards a deal that would end the threat of a potential strike.
