Alberta receives ‘D’ grade for efforts to alleviate poverty

Food Banks Canada’s inaugural Poverty Report Cards offer insight into the affordability crisis and evaluate government efforts to combat poverty nationwide. Unfortunately, Alberta appears to fall short in addressing this issue.
