RPS charge individual with mischief, endangering lives in downtown fire, gas line tampering spree

Regina Police Service (RPS) Deputy Chief Dean Rae said on Tuesday that officers apprehended and charged a 39-yeard-old man with dozens of mischief-related charges including endangering lives following a downtown gas meter tampering spree and fire.
