U.S. President Joe Biden appealed to world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Tuesday to stand with Ukraine against Russian invaders, a session which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also attended in person. “We have to stand up to this naked aggression today and deter other would-be aggressors tomorrow,” Biden said.
