Ahead of Hurricane Lee making landfall in the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Environment and Climate Change Canada’s warning preparedness meteorologist Bob Robichaud said Friday that officials believe Southwestern Nova Scotia will likely experience the heaviest rainfall and some of the strongest winds.
