Regina Ward 8 city councillor ‘very disappointed’ in fellow council members after motions to address homelessness denied

City of Regina Councillor Shanon Zachidniak spoke out on Thursday following Wednesday’s tense council meeting which saw motions to declare homelessness a crisis and appeal to the provincial and federal governments for support on the issue rejected.
