Quebec homelessness rate nearly double what it was in 2018

The number of people experiencing homelessness in the province has nearly doubled since 2018. That’s according to data from Quebec’s public health research institute. In light of the startling new figures, the government is injecting more money to help the situation, but critics claim it isn’t enough. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
