In June 2022, Kirk Forbes was just out of the shower naked when he discovered a stranger in his bedroom. It was a female Coquitlam RCMP officer, and another male officer was in the living room. They were there to serve Forbes with a traffic ticket summons. Catherine Urquhart reports.
