Pennsylvania manhunt: Police describe challenges of perimeter search for escaped murderer

In an update on Monday, Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania State Police said that he believes escaped murderer Danelo Souza Cavalcante is still in the state of Pennsylvania due to the escaped inmate’s lack of resources. U.S. Marshal supervisory deputy Robert Clark also described the challenges that came with the perimeter search of the area due to a massive tunnel system, multiple ravines and thick vegetation.
