Vancouver police chief says random stabbing at Chinatown festival is ‘shocking’

Vancouver police Chief Adam Palmer said Monday a random stabbing at the Light Up Chinatown festival on Sunday night was a shocking incident. He said the suspect fled the area right after the attack but was arrested in the DTES.
