The first annual community health fair was held in Dartmouth on Saturday by the Nova Scotia Brotherhood and Sisterhood initiatives. Dozens of people came out to enjoy a day of food, music, and togetherness in an event that was organized to promote health care services for the Black community in the Halifax area. As Vanessa Wright reports, the event aims to end the stigma around mental health.
