Manitoba judge shown video of inmate being restrained by corrections officials

Manitoba Corrections Emergency Response Unit (CERU) bodycam footage containing the moment inmate William Ahmo screamed “I can’t breathe” as the CERU officers restrained him was shown to a judge on Friday. The captain of the responding CERU team, Robert Morden faces two charges. Global Winnipeg’s Marney Blunt has more.
