Halifax animal shelters struggling as more cats surrendered due to housing shortage

Animal rescues are warning that pet surrenders are up in Halifax as the housing crisis and high costs of living are forcing some families to give up their animals. As Skye Bryden-Blom reports, shelters are now reaching capacity as requests for help continue to rise.
