Winnipeg neigbourhood feeling ‘blessed’ as city cleans up pile of illegally-dumped garbage

Roger Daignault was surprised to see City of Winnipeg crews clearing a hazardous and quickly-growing garbage pile near Flora Street and Selkirk Avenue on Wednesday, saying, “They’re doing a great job cleaning up and we hope it stays this way.”
