Montreal singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin is the new ambassador of the Montreal Children’s Hospital’s music therapy program. The star was on hand as the program received a $1 million donation to help hire three full time employees and extend services. The ceremony was kicked off by one of the program’s patients with a song she wrote about the highs and lows of life. Global video journalist David Sedell captured the event.
