At the White House briefing on Monday, press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the Biden administration “grieves with the people of Jacksonville” after three Black men were killed in a racially motivated shooting in Florida on Saturday. “Even as we continue to search for answers, we must say clearly and forcefully that white supremacy has no place in America,” Jean-Pierre said.
