Nova Scotia’s Emergency Management Minister John Lohr introduced the province’s hurricane preparedness awareness campaign on Thursday. Lohr said this year’s hurricane season appears to be shaping up to be an “active one,” while hurricane Franklin is on the move towards Canada’s East Coast.
