Manitoba’s NDP leader Wab Kinew promised to deliver $10-a-day child care for Manitoba families on Sunday, saying, “when you show up at a child-care centre in Manitoba it’s not truly $10.” Kinew said the cost of his plan will work out to $10 million annually.
