Half of Canadians do not have a doctor, or battle for appointments: survey

In the midst of a country-wide family doctor shortage, a new survey says half of Canadians don’t have a family physician or have difficulty securing a timely appointment. As Global’s Teagan Rasche reports, it’s still an ongoing struggle to find one here in Winnipeg.
