Regina’s ‘Copsicles’ initiative about winning the hearts and minds of youth with frozen treats

Regina Police Service Cpl. Melina LaLach spoke on Thursday about the department’s “Copsicles” initiative, saying “it helps us get out into the community, show children they don’t need to be afraid of the police and to come to us if they ever need help.”
