Seniors who live above a shelter for the unhoused in Montreal’s Chinatown say they want to be included in security plans for the area. They believe lack of consultation has partially led to the problems they are experiencing. As Phil Carpenter reports, they’ve been complaining for weeks about drug use, violence, and deteriorating quality of life around their homes.
