While inflationary pressures have begun to ease, Ontario’s Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy said Monday that the Bank of Canada’s interest rate increases continue to “weigh” on the province’s economic outlook. He added that the government will continue its targeted approach to driving growth.
