Non-violent crime rate jumps in Fredericton

Fredericton’s rate of non-violent crimes jumped last year and is well above the national average. But the city’s police chief says he believes the rise is due to the mental health and addictions crisis and a greater number of people reporting petty crimes. Silas Brown explains.
