Liberals urge CAQ not to appeal Bill 40 ruling

The Liberal party of Quebec is urging the Legault government not to appeal a recent ruling strucking down much of Bill 40, controversial legislation that compromises the independence of English-language schools. Jacques-Cartier MNA Greg Kelley joins Global’s Laura Casella with more on the story.
