Ontario Provincial Police Det. Insp Lee Fulford said through Project Moffatt investigators discovered three criminal organizations trafficking illegal drugs and firearms across the province. Fulford said one criminal network operated out of Peel Region, another in York Region and the third in was based out of a northeast region in Ontario.
