Canada’s new Transport Minister Pablo Rodriguez announced on Wednesday that the federal government will be providing up to $11 million for the construction of a cargo facility for Inuit-owned airline Canada North to help reduce cargo delays. The facility will be located at the Ottawa International Airport grounds.
