Washington D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said three people were killed and two people were in hospital after a mass shooting incident shortly after 8 p.m. on Saturday. According to MPD’s Acting Chief, Pamela Smith, the victims who lost their lives included two men and one woman at the scene, and that the two hospitalized were male victims.
