Rural N.B. chamber of commerce unable to pay bills due to issues with UNI app

For about a month, some clients of the New Brunswick-based UNI credit union have been unable to pay their bills, transfer funds, or receive paycheques on time due to problems with the bank’s new app. As Suzanne Lapointe reports, the chamber of commerce in rural Cap-Acadie says they can’t pay their vendors due to the technical issues.
