82-year-old woman falls, waits four hours for ambulance to arrive

An 82-year-old Bedford woman was released from hospital on Friday after she fell in the lobby of her condo building. A bystander called 911 but an ambulance didn’t arrive for nearly four hours. As Vanessa Wright reports, her son wants answers as to why it took so long for her to receive care.
