Striking port workers in B.C. will have until Friday to vote on a tentative deal that was reached late Sunday night with the assistance of the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB). Beginning on July 1, some 7,400 port workers walked off the job at 30 ports in the province, stalling billions worth of cargo in or out at some of Canada’s busiest terminals.
