New study reveals municipal housing policies’ impact on prices: University of Calgary research

A study from the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy highlights the significant impact of municipal housing policies on housing prices. By comparing Cochrane and Okotoks, researchers found that Cochrane’s higher housing supply due to more building permits resulted in more affordable housing compared to Okotoks. Robert Falconer from the University of Calgary joins Joel Senick to discuss the study.
