Floatplane crash lawsuit filed

Nearly two years after Judith Sayers nearly died in a plane crash off Tofino, the President of the Nuu-Chah-Nulth Tribal Council has now launched a lawsuit against the airline, seeking damages and safety improvements. Catherine Urquhart reports.
